my best friend works with someone who was in our high school class (someone we both def knew of but were never friends with, never talked to, etc), and i guess before a meeting today she said to my friend, “yeah, you were always like that in school too. smart, teacher’s pet. and your friend, katrina! even though she was really quiet, she was so smart.” LMAOOOO. screaming at “katrina,” first of all, but also dying that 10+ years outta high school, i’m remembered as the one who was really quiet but smart.
